    well i am sorry that you guys don't seem to like melton,as for us we have not ever been forced on any load and our dm works great with us. as far as the lease program works no melton does not offer that any more. Sometimes it just seems like some people are not cut out for Flat bed and need to go drive van where there is no work at all jjust opening and closing doors.

    It all works out, my husband and I don't mind the work, ok well sometimes when it's 7*f we have a few choice words to say. That has more to do with the cold than the work though.

    This trip out we are hateing it in general and even if we were pulling a dry van instead of a flatbed, we would still have the same problems. Minus the strapping in sub-zero weather, which hasn't helped, but isn't the main problem.

    We finished loading this morning at Fort Mccoy WI and it was -10 I have a pic of Bo with ice on his eyebrows and eyelashes....he looks like jack frost. It was COLD loading this forklift.:biggrin_25513:

    lol we were suposed to deliver in MN this morning, we didn't make it. At a hotel in Sioux falls, the truck is at a KW repair shop. I've got a decent discription of our last trip out on my blog here, it's either a good laugh or a omg moment, depends on you sense of the rediculess.

    Yes as of right now I'm running 2000 miles. Left Texas and went to Oregon then after I deliver I pick up in Washington and head back to Texas

    is there alot of waitin at shippers there or apointment times?
    im thinking about going there, but i need to get at least 2800 miles a week. i run hard , is that obtainable?

    Yes we all have apu in our trucks.I can not say that I can guarantee you will get 2800 miles a week it veries week by week but what I can tell you is we are I'm our busy season one week you might get 2600 next week you might get more. Know what I mean?
