Hello everyone, I have recently acquired my CDL with hazmat, tanker and doubles/triples. I have worked as a crop consultant for a few years, but am fed up with mentality of my current bosses and working myself half to death every summer for pay that isn't really cutting it. Grew up on a farm, have always had an interest in driving and decided to pursue a new job path. I also have a black lab, which is limiting my options somewhat as I either have to take him with me when gone for a week or two long distance or have fairly regular home time.

Thank you. Job search is causing me some frustrations currently, but that tends to be normal. Not having the verifiable experience seems to be causing me some issues. Unfortunately with my bills I have to pay from college I can't afford to do the bottom of the barrel starting out jobs at the moment. Hopefully I can shake something loose soon.

Look at Holland Enterprises Inc. They hire in certain areas of NE.

Check these with online applications: the worst that can happen is application denied!

Buel Inc. (teams running Northwest/Southeast turns)
    Apergis Transportation
    System Transport
    Dynamic Transit
    Foodliner

Well, after much frustration on hunting for a driving job I have finally got a local one. Week's of frustrations on no one even looking at me due to no recent verifiable experience have yielded a weekend job running wetcake from an ethanol plant nearby out to various feedlots and occasionally bringing corn back in. Now I can finally get experience and work up to better pay when I get ready to move. Thanks to everyone on here for their help and ideas, I didn't post much yet but have done a lot of reading on various threads.
