Troble code tcu130 please help

I have a 2007 Freightliner M2-106 business class W/Allison auto trans. Heres the problem, came home forgot to shut down the inverter and ran the battery down. I hooked up a battery charger and cranked up the truck. The shift panel is blank no R,N,orD just blank ,,flashing TCU130 on dash, check trans idiot light is on. I tried unhooking the batteries for 5 min. but to no avail. now I have unhooked them again and left the key in the on position to drain off any capasitors has been that way for over an hour. What else can I do if this doesn't fix the problem?? Thank you, Scott


Well that didn't work either, neither did tapping the neg cable on the post several times which worked on my 98 ford.when i do the diag on screen, all it shows is ...
1st screen.... fault 1
2nd screen....bh 164
3rdscreen....022
4thscreen... 7 faults IE. seven times
5thscreen....fault 2
6th screen.... tcu 130
7th screen... 151
8thscreen... 14 faults IE, 14 times
bh module164 is showing 022 = missing smart switch?? and the second fault is for trans but i can't find the matching code which is 151.

 

all that comes up on the dash odometer window is TCU 130 besides the normal stuff.

 

the 130 code isn't listed anyplace I can find online.
