Idk much about spring ride...is their a difference in fuel mpg/maintenance on these spring rides? Of couse he say no, lol. Is this deal as good as it looks? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Spring ride is the trailer of choice-in Afghanistan. For real. Air bags are far superior. Very durable and not expensive to replace if needed. Just my .02 worth.
USL Thanks this. -

Springs cost more to repair and need more attention than air ride. Also load damage is less with air ride.
-
Thanks. I would really like to help him but its not air ride.

Every trailer that Walmart buys is spring ride. Spring ride is lighter than air and has been around for a long time. But some shippers want air ride. I wouldn't be afraid of spring for a good deal.

Is that right? Walmart goes sir ride? Even in 2013?

Yep all spring ride I am picking up one in brazil in Sunday and it is spring ride on a brand new refer wagon

Spring ride rides a bit harder under load and somewhat more so when empty.
They also don't keep deck height constant like air ride.
You have to however take that in context.
99% of 4 wheelers are on some form of spring and not air and they have the same issues as mentioned above.
I prefer air but really you wont even notice the difference 90% of the time and when you can it will be negligible.
Remember that nearly all trailers were built this way and worked fine , just as this trailer will work fine.USL Thanks this.
