Not a maverick driver, but I carry 3 on me. 2 pockets knives and a sog multitool. There are at least three others in my truck plus a single edge razor scraper. :)

The courthouse is about the only place I go without a at least one pocket knife.

Not a driver anymore, but I don't leave the house without my full kit. Two knives (one fixed, one folder), wallet, watch, keys, flint&steel, lighter, .357mag, 18 additional rds. ammunition.

One of the many, many joys of no longer driving truck is I get to keep my gun at my side these days. One of the many joys of living in PA is that I can carry my gun on my hip in plain sight without a license or permit.....I love being HOME!

I keep one on my side while off duty as well, usually a .40 S&W. Both of my usual carry knives are folders. this thread needs pics.

I like good folders for the convenience of sticking them in a pocket, but I prefer the stability of a fixed blade over all. Folders have an inherent point of weakness in them that a fixed tang blade doesn't.

    .40S&W is a decent caliber...but it doesn't beat the coolness factor of a .357mag...especially in a 6" barrel stainless steel...:biggrin_255:

It is Federal law AND an absolute requirement handed down from God that that question MUST be ended with "punk"!!! Observe:

    "Do ya feel lucky, punk?"

Modern narrative will not allow any other endings to that question....

On the holster, I prefer a legdrop myself. Puts the butt of the gun right next to my palm at normal arm's length...
