Most want to see the certificate and within 6 months of finishing school. You should not be responsible for damage caused other then possibly the deductible, what did the fine print say? Have a lawyer send a letter demanding they test you out .Have you been jumping on there ##### to get tested?
-
Are you sure you're ready to drive trk?Students wait till their qualified before damageing the equipment. With my company if a driver damages the trks, the drivers have to pay to have it fixed. That's just how it works.
-
I am not being nasty or rude but you need to be responsible for your actions at any time with anyone's equipment, no matter where it happened or who owns the equipment it is if you are in control of a vehicle and make a mistake like most of us have just be responsible for your actions.

Matter of fact somebody damaged a fuel tank, they got alittle too close to a yellow pole. But kb is having him pay half and kb pays the other half since this fuel tank wasnt new to begin with.

Heck I rolled over and killed a brand new John Deere lawn trailer like the one you pull behind a lawn mower, that little fubar cost me around 500.00 dollars.
No one was around when I did it, we were hauling overburden off a strip pit and at the dump site it was behind my trailer. Well I dumped my load and killed it dead, my mistake from not paying full time attention, I could have drove off and no one would have ever known that i did it.
But,,,,,,,, I did it and went to the people who owned the land and confessed to it and paid for it. -
ahh the difference to owning up or walking away blaming someone else.
-
I guess it may make a difference if it was pure mistake or due to not paying attention, if it's the latter then your responsible.
-
I look at it this way, what better way to learn to pay more attention then to pay for your mistakes.Believe me you learn quick.I have damaged things thruout my carreer and at kb I damaged the side step.Got too close to the railing at the scale I use everyday and I had to pay for it.Now i pay extra close attention when entering the scale.

we all make mistakes it only matters how we face and deal with them.
