:biggrin_25513:The top 6 made a million apiece three years ago,god knows what now.I was assigned a truck, went to do My inspection. The truck was 8 inches higher on the left and too low on the right. The last Driver defficated on the sleeper and whipped it on the walls,it had been wrecked. When reported this,I was told to take the truck or we will send u home! It took Me 3 days to get it somewhat sannitary. They were not happy, what was taking so long.Assigned regional on sliding pay scale, .28 to .32 they ran Me from S.D. to TX. to FL. to ME. and everyplace inbetween @ .28mi. I lived off pay advances, not paying bills, paying My dues.......Werner is type company,if U report black ice and fog, they say We have trucks moving in area, and U need to get rolling. They brainwash there trainers, alot newbies. They use old battries till they blow up on ur truck.and, something say if U run ur APU 1hr past 10hr break......Take a look@ pending law suits. When the President of the company returns to his jet in FL.smelling of alchohol,on a harley and says it was business?Wemon hotel rooms? So where do U stand Driver?.....Just was told, what I lived.More but that be enough for now......Hope this helps.

You should have called safety about the truck, your dispatcher can't do dick when safety is involved.

If a driver takes a truck that has fecal matter smeared in the sleeper without at the very least CALLING the safety dept then I dont know what to say. That is a health hazard.

stuey, Montgomery and driverdriver Thank this.

I agree it is a health hazard but safety would'nt have done anything. The shop should have cleaned it up before issueing that trk out.But if Werner tells you more or less to deal with it or get sent home, what would you have done?Werner would'nt have paid for your way home.

Then I would have walked away. NO job is worth dealing with a mess like that. If that's the best the company can do for a new employee, then I want no part of that company.

I would have reported a hazardous waste spill to the local fire department . Get in on the local news with firemen in chemical suits cleaning it out like they do meth labs .
