If I remember right I think that was in Utah, the driver pulled off on a off ramp and pulled into soft sand and laid it over. I was driving by that day a little while after it happened

I won't haul anything still alive .... Or .... Anything dead that has not been processed yet

I have hauled a hive or 2 in my time.
Twice in old self erector cranes that had stood for a couple of years.
Problem is that you have to spend a few hours jacking and digging the crane out before winching it on to the lowboy trailer.
The bees don't take to kindly to this and had to abandon the operation in the day.
Luckily they only build the hive on the one column that is hollow with a 2 inch hole.
Come back at about 1am and cover the hole with duct tape then load.
After delivery point your truck in the escape direction , rip the tape off and run. -
made good money, hauled from yuma to ND. you must keep moving as much as possible during daylight. Also you will get stung, its going to happen so if your allergic pass on the load. If your going to CA or through CA you better have the coordinates of the field you loaded from. they will detain you. I'd love to haul more of them but most are now going in and out of CA, and this pre-emission rig aint going into CA anymore!!

Reminds me of a post on a livestock hauling thread. Guy says he doesn't want to haul any freight that's trying to have sex with each other.Clasix1055 Thanks this.
