Thank you ! Appreciate the information.

See a company you want to work for? Apply...the worst they can say is no, in which case you're no worse off than before. If it's a boom, lots of companies will hire anyone with a pulse. If not, it may be harder to get on, but if you have a clean MVR and are willing to learn and work awful hours, you've got a reasonable shot.

You'll need hazmat and tanker endorsements, unless you plan on hauling pipe, sand, rigs, or trailer houses.

check out QuickSand.. they have nice kw's and contract with halliburton so you'll stay busy. i was going to work there but only had 1 yr exp and they need 2 :'(
also G&rg down here in odessa seems like a good company too. they have a beautiful fleet. sand hauling. have also heard really good things about precision drilling's transportation division in midland. those guys are seeing 4k paychecks from what i've heard. they do heavy haul rig moving and pipe hauling. pipe hauling is a good gig, a lot of companies pay ticket time which means you get paid for more hours than you actually work
you'll have no problem getting hired immediately with just about anyone down here in the permian basin. constantly hiring. good luckthe ranger Thanks this. -
