Where is everyone?

Some where in the middle of the mountains of Oregon, body has not adjusted to west coast time so we said good night to the road.

 

blind driver, i am going to be in the area monday, stopping at the t/a in paulsboro on 295 tonite, my first drop is 2 miles from there, then middlesex,nj off 287 the up and over the tappan zee to bridgeort, ct

 

That old K&T has seen better days that's for sure! The bathroom in there is a little rough as well...

I just pulled into Paulsboro and I'm IDLING MY TRUCK

I'll be here for the evening. I have the red 387 that is beading off water due to my fine application of wax and Rain X parked in the second row from the highway. Got a load of big ACs on my step.

I'm up for some dinner around 6. Bring your credit card as I'm hungry

 

Grand Bay, AL atthe TA. Had my drives rotated but they still have 22/32 after 238k miles, so I'm happy.

Unload in the morning then shoot over to New Orleans to load my first partial. Then load the second piece Tuesday morning and head to Springdale, AR for the third on Friday then over to Denver. Unload there Monday morning and shoot up to Casper. Kick off the last piece there then go reload for NJ.

Got the next 15 days planned out, let's just hope it stays that way

 

denver at the sapp bros. and this freakin place is a madhouse trying to get into!!! it doenst help that its easter also... deliver in the am then head for west jordan to kick off the second part of this trip on tuesday

 

last time I was there I couldn't get the traveling perfume sales people to leave me alone.

 

Is it really that bad over there??? I've heard horror stories about the sapps and TA in denver, but my first real experience will be next weekend. I'm thinking I will just stay outside of town and head in Sunday night to the delivery site and park there overnight instead of the truckstops.

 

Take a shower and they might leave you alone next time

I think the sex toy/movie store in the parking lot brings in some riff raff.

I stay at the TA on the other side of town (Wheat Ridge) when i'm in Denver. It's right across the road from a Howard Johnson hotel that has good food in it and a fun bar downstairs.
