    Is it ture that you can cook a steak or potato on the manifold?

    Im sure that its true, but you better tape ot to the manifold good so it doesnt fall off in the road.:D

    But yes, Im sure that would work.

    I used to make foil packs with chicken, potatoes, etc and cook them on a roller that was about 350° when I worked in a corrugated box factory. That worked pretty good. Others would cook hot dogs, etc as well.

    You sure can! But why would you? A $20 charcoal grill from Wally World does a much better job and stows away in a side box afterwards.

    A guy at work has one of these. I questioned him about it and he opened it and showed me the roast and taters he was cooking. Im gonna look into one of these!

    You need to plan your meal.

    A baked potato will take a few hours.
    Best to start it a couple hours before you plan to shut down.

    I used to just idle my truck and cook it on the muffler came out bauetiful

    I heard you can cook almost anything on the manifold. I have never tried it, I use a single burner coleman camping stove. It does a great job, you have to be very careful, but with a spatula and a good frying pan, you can and I have cooked almost everything.

    just a thought.

    We used to get one use grills from wally world for cooking out at the truck stops. Beats spending $25+ dollars on nasty truck stop chow.
