another boring day

 

I got to have a home cooked easter meal, so life was good. Boss even ok'd OOR miles, to see my honey for Easter.

 

now, explain to me what the purpose of writing up our trucks is for????

cuz apparently the only way to get trucks fixed is to hold there hands.

 

I was going to call one of the cheap Brokers today on a load and when they gave me some ridiculous rate I was going to start laughing and say gee you almost had me I forgot it was April fools day ....Makes you wonder what the answer would have been lol.

 

If I take that much time off in a row they would have to retrain me or I might decide I like being the house ##### and stay home.

 

so here's my day.

picking up a 2 stop. first was a couple of bundels. 10k. and i got to enjoy that glorious moment of tarping the crap. just so i could drive 30 miles to UNTARP the crap. back the trailer into the cold shop and drop it. so it can finish getting loaded in the morning at 530. then i gets to RETARP the dang load.

so there goes 6 hours of my 70. SO FAR. just to pick up a load before i get to hit the road this week. i really hate using up my hours OR wasting a whole day just to make NO money.
