Haven't had that issue.....yet. Although a strong wind in direction other than a tail wind causes my fuel to "seep" out, come own!

    jxu417 Thanks this.

I Had the Pleasure Meeting captain 3x yesterday at Gary. Yes I am on vacation but I took my truck in to get it serviced Monday. Spent several hours talking with him one heck of a nice guy.

I do believe once he has his time in to qualifying as a instructor he would be a great addition to the TCD fleet.
I don't normally even talk to TCD drivers. LOL but at times I do make exceptions I will say he is one.

PS on a side note I did make him Park at the back a lot so be would not disturb any of my flat bed brother's. LOL

    raetnrunner and jxu417 Thank this.

Time to rejoice brothers after contacting anybody and everybody that would listen to me whining. We finally got the okay for a new TV set at the Gary yard. It has been approved. Can't give you the exact date when we will get it but it will be soon.

JimTheHut, Evil_E, seawheeler and 2 others Thank this.

It was a pleasure meeting you as well, and thank you for all of the good advice. I have decided to accept an instructor position if offered one - after all, if it turns out to be a disaster, I know I can go back to being a regular driver with no hard feelings. I love that about Maverick - if something is not for you, they understand and don't hold it against you.

And by the way, I CHOSE to park at the back of my own free will. Several factors were involved in the decision, such as 20 irritable and tired flatbed drivers with an abundance of heavy objects at their disposal, but trust me, it was all me ;)

    sewerman and jxu417 Thank this.
