Hello, I am going out to Fontana for training on April 22 and I have my class A permit and passed my pre-trip, air brake test and skills test but my recruiter said I would have to take my permit test again. Why would I have to do that and would I have to do all the test over again at the DMV again?

You don't, Central Refrigerated is in Us district court in California in front of US judge Virginia Phillips. Pick up last issue of Landline magazine and read about it. I wouldn't be going to work for them.

Nothing new. Has to do with class-action suit reported On trucking report last fall. Question charges of central to owner operators. If you Google you'll find it.

Oh ... That one ... I thought it might have been a new one. There are only two I know about, 1) Sexual Harassment by a trainer and 2) The O/O vs. Employee designation...

Yeah. Read the trainee suit. Hope there is more to it from the central side. Will wait til both sides have their say.

I'm looking for another article the involves Refrigerated. Pushing their drivers way beyond hours. The article mentioned the high hos violations Refig. has and one of the loudest against e-logs and OBC in Washington. LOL, Gee let me see, I just can't figure out why they would be so against E-logs. I guess when you have companies like this, we will be flooded with more and more regulations. But then again, that's my crazy thought.
