Where do Load Boards Get Their Loads?

Take your time and shop around brokers. Find one that is fair to you and will give you fair prices. I lucked out with my first try. I love this broker and hate the thought of going with any one else. The ladies that I deal with really bust their can for me to get me loads with good prices and good miles. I have become friends with several of them outside of trucking. If you treat them fairly and decently, keep your promises and make your appointments on time you will reap the rewards.

 

They either never existed, or were already moved or they are duplicates.

Yeah the trucking companies that have the freight already booked with the shipper post the load to see if they can get someone to move the load for less than they are being paid so they can profit without turning a wheel.

Broker: What do you need?
Me: $3,000
Broker: Man, for that money I will put it on one of my trucks.

 

Become a produce shipper with our name in the blue book, they will call you all day....

 

yUP! And THEY take 30% This is a major issue.And can be regulagted.I've written to the the PRESIDENT! These are the types of letters He Reads! He mandates investigations that don't make the news.This is how change happens......On ur pc,write the President.Thats it.

 

LOL. So, ur saying another regulation is good? For the goverment to take another cut out of the freight rates is good? Are u clueless? The government ALWAYS takes their cut when they "help" fix someone elses problem. I would rather walk through life standing tall and proud on my own than having the government holding my hand. I am an adult, I dont need my hand held. Live and learn is the best way. If ur going to be a business man or woman, then learn how to run a business. Be safe out there drivers.
