I've witnessed courteous Drivers and Respectful Drivers over the years, What I witnessed that particular day was a Holland Driver that intentionally blocked two of three lanes of Traffic, and when the Four wheeler attempted to drive around the Holland Driver, The Holland Driver steered his Tractor Trailer into the four wheelers path, and forced the four wheeler to brake suddenly and inches from a inside retaining wall, plus the Holland Tractor Trailer driver barely missed impacting the right side of the four wheelers vehicle.

Theres a difference using your vehicle to help maintain traffic flow, and using it as a WEAPON in a Road Rage incident. Like I stated, The Holland Driver was blocking Two lanes of Traffic, while the third lane was moving slowly. But for any Tractor Trailer Driver to wrecklessly maneuver their vehicle in such a manner to intentionally attempt to wreck another vehicle does not Deserve the Right to operate a Tractor Trailer.

Had the Driver of that four wheeler been severly injured because of that Holland Drivers actions, and that driver of the four wheeler been a Family member,Spouse, Child of any current Truck Drivers currently submitting their opinions, The majority of Truck Drivers would be out seeking Revenge instead of commending the Driver of that Holland Vehicle.

i sure would love to read the common sense manual where it's acceptable to use an 80,000 pound Vehicle to not only control Traffic flow, But to also endanger another persons life intentionally running vehicles off the Road !!

Sometimes I think people have a difficult time seperating the employee from the employer. In this case the Holland employee did a stupid thing. In this case Holland the employer did nothing wrong. I'm pretty sure this driver would have done the same thing no matter whose name was on the door.

An idiot driver, is an idiot driver. No matter who, or what they're driving. Eventually they'll no longer be allowed to drive. It's also idiotic to judge all off of one in any walk of life.

I had no complaints with the people at Holland. My wife and I were treated very well there. Kept me moving and paid me correctly. The only complaint I had was with their trucks. I could not stand the On Guard system and did my best to bypass it as much as I could. I will never drive another truck that has it installed.

Ya on guard is not a good thing on the truck. But its not that bad either. I use the cruise control all the time. The company is good. They get me home when I ask.

I have known people like Denzil before they don't change. unless he had counseling he probably is writing any good reports about him himself or paying someone to do it. he is a lair a back stabbing two face ### hole wannabe biker. The dispatchers have a hard job. That I understand but if you cant deal with the pressure get the hell out'

I couldn't deal with lies short miles and the ####### attitudes. I did a great job while I was there never late on loads. except two loads in 3 years but I wasn't willing to Kiss A-ss in order too get miles or good runs. so I didn't.. I wouldn't even be up here posting if it wasn't for piss a-ss little man Denzil trashing my dac. but that was ok turn out good got 5000.00 from hireright from the law suit.

I have been driving for 38 yrs. I have worked for major carriers, and for a host of 2 to 10 trucking operations. I can tell you that Holland Enterprises is by far the best company I have ever worked for...PERIOD. I have been employed by Holland for 5 yrs. I run an average of 12 to 13,000 miles a month. My paychecks are always right and the bank deposits made on time, every time. I drive a loaded 2014 truck and the trailers I pull are 2 yrs old or less. This company has asked me to do 2 things. One, take care of my equipment as if it was mine. Trucks are expensive and they have the right to expect their employees to respect that investment. Two, simply do the job I have been hired to do. That is, haul my freight from and to its destination in a timely fashion. I LOVE the regional dispatch system. I have had driver managers in the past and I disliked it intensely. I have no problems with the "biker" safety manager, but then I don't cause any safety issues. I can not comment on the DAC issue, as I haven't left them and have no intention of doing so. I plan to be here, at Holland, until I kick the bucket, or the state pulls my license, because I'm to old to drive. Thank you.
