Got my brother who is a driver wondering if I can cut the muster. When I hauled steel on a tandem axle I use to use the little window behind me when backing up. Was called all manner of bad names for using the "sissy window" as he called it. I explained that when I was training on those charter buses there was no "sissy window" and I learned how to back and park that beast...

    Thank you .
Well ...... I am reading so many forums about trucking, by truckers. I have a feeling that many of you guys are not happy ... so many drivers complain about companies that is really very difficult to judge which one is bad or good.
I am 57 years old and finally I sold my limousine company ( after 16 years ) and ... I am in CDL classes.
Despite bad reviews I made a decision to drive a truck .
    What you would suggest?
    1. Get a first job from big company
    2. Get hired as a team member by owner of 2-5 trucks and go from east coast to California 4 times a month
    3. Am I too old to do become a one you?
I love drive . I did about 2.5 mln miles in limo so in 98% I know I will drive a truck .
I heard that Schneider is OK for beginners .....?

Let me know what do you think because after reading forums for last weeks my head is getting a little bit crazy .

You're just reading posts from drivers that are not happy with their company, and they post as a warning to advise perspective employees from falling into the same mess. Lots companies willing to front the money for your CDL training, you just gotta pick and chose.
