it takes very few bad write ups on insp report to get that score, and i dont see how driver crashing is companys fault,oh thats right we have become a nation where it is always someone else fault
runningman0661 and Sly Fox Thank this. -
mixed with that score kind of paints a picture.
What you say is true if they had a couple inspections. This company has 6 drivers and 24 inspections. -
That means 98.1 percent of companies in your groups are performing better than you. It takes quite a bit to get there and typically indicates that the company is not doing anything to lower their scores. It's time for a wake up to companies, it's their livelihood and they should be fighting to protect it.123456 Thanks this.

I agree . No information is given on the speed , condition of brakes , etc. and no indication of the load shifting .
-
Those are actually pretty bad scores. Keep driving illegally and getting caught...which means tired as f. Unsafe driving which means speeding tickets and unsafe lane changes...and equipment maintnance which means low brake pads air leaks bald tires no lights bad oil leaks. Guys it only takes one, one air hose to break to loose brakes on the rig. I had a blue hose that got pinched on a set of doubles the other day and caught it on the johnson bar test. I couldn't figure it out why I didn't have no brakes I had to drive out the yard around the block and park I tell u what the tractor by itself does squat to stop 40k on the boxes. This driver was doind at least 55 I wouldn't be surprised if he lost his brakes and the load pushed him or he fell asleep. Bad way to go condolonces to his family R.I.P.

Sounds like driver fell asleep, or had some kind of medical problem, or distraction.
-
I think this is sad, but the driver made his own fate.
Rolling the Smashed Pumpkin -
it says right in the article, shifting load. and that he went straight off the road, with no skid marks.
-
Ok but he was in a turn right? Too fast for turn=load shift=loose control.
