    That gap in employment can be covered with a notorized letter/affidavit signed by family or neighbors that you were taking care of your Mother or doing odd jobs/handyman, taking care of family business due to Mothers illness and afterwards, etc. Many companies will accept that affidavit. Also, Prime Inc. pays $600.00 a week to new drivers while they are with a trainer.

    The best of luck to ya. I dont know anything about Swift but a did a Google search on CR England, and between what I read there and here I would avoid them like the plague.

    Ok, I am back to report to everyone that after submitting my app to Prime and Swift it only took a few days and swift has asked me to report to Sumner, Wa. for a 3 day Orientation. I know, be nice now, It's my only way back into trucking right now. Prime has not answered back yet.

    Have you tried any small mom and pop type outfits Ronske?

    It seems like with your one time ownership of a trucking co you could be a real good fit for a small outfit.

    I think occasionally they get up to Wa. I don't know how often. I know tanker div. is mainly ne and refrigerated div. is 48 states.
