Stay in shape while you drive!

If you want to stay in shape, stop pulling vans and start pulling flatbeds. Then, stay anywhere south of I 40 during the summer. You'll get in shape no matter how many Pilot chili dogs you eat

 

Very bad idea. All you are doing is losing water not fat. The benefits are short-term and you will just regain the weight. Also, you will eventually start to feel fatigued all the time. You should just be more conscious of what you eat and get more exercise. I carry Hex Dumbbells (95,75,64,45) in the truck and flip my bunk matress up to use the board underneath for crunches. Im able to get enough exercise in the truck to still be able to consume over 2500 cal per day without gaining weight.

 

Get a juicer and start juicing fruits and veggies
