    Wooooow 96.9% Unsafe driving that is bad, but really looking at the violations it says that this company hires a lot of dirtbags,

    Looked at the tickets and here are the highlights: This is in the last 24 months
    44 citations for no seat belt
    56 Lane restriction citations
    70 failure to obey traffic device
    130 for speeding 6-10 over
    46 for speeding 11-14 over
    23 for unlawful parking or leaving vehicle in roadway
    14 for speeding 15 over aka reckless driving
    21 for construction zone speeding

    These are all 100% on the drivers.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    Their drivers have received 15 tickets for log related violations this year. SMH.
    =============================================
    There have been 104 equipment related citations written in THIS year???? Most of them appear to be for things that should be caught during pre trip i.e. lights out, tire tread or inflation, hoses hanging, etc.
    ===============================================
    6 tickets this year for driver fitness one a suspended license 4 for not having a physical or medical card. You can't be serious.
    ===============================================
    4 tickets last year for substance related. None this year so far.
    =============================================
    Are you ####### kidding me?

    No excuses for the company, but maybe it's time to review hiring practices unless they are just milking it until shutdown.

    Those are some disgusting numbers, and clearly they need to review their hiring practices.

    These drivers may have had a clean mvr when they got hired.What companies need to do is start fireing drivers that get more then one ticket.So until then many drivers will continue to repete there bad habits on the road.

    Two things:
    1) I am a driver
    2) If you have to ask why safety would matter if I wasn't a driver maybe it's time for you to stop driving.

    a snapshot of one company doesnt say much, how many drivers do they have?

    compare their numbers with other companies of their size, then you get a better picture

    i dont wear a seatbelt, i dont see how that affects my ability to drive a truck

    You are going to get the holier than thou crowd up in arms with that one......... The numbers aren't good and there is plenty of blame to go around. The drivers are not alone in this one . Where is management ? ? Safety dept, maintenance manager etc.

    For one thing they started giving away cdl's in cracker jack boxes for about 12 years now.back when I went to a school I noticed about 2/3rds of the class had no biz being behind the wheel of a big rig..yet they got passed....the 2nd problem is alot get the run around and end up with lots of down time.they get to where they arent making the money they were told was there to make.they end up getting un motivated and end up no.not caring not all but alot end up this way.if not there wouldnt be such high turnover.
