A phone call will let him know . Interstate trucker folks are straight up and let you know if they can help you or not .
Must go to court in Chicago. Where to put the truck?

All of them are fine if the state will allow it. With some tickets, they really want the driver there.

That Nealy's lot is locked up at night, I'm not sure when they lock the gates but it's afternoon I think like 4, 5, or 6 PM I think. You can call Nealy's and say you have an appointment there in the AM, ... and ask for directions to their lot. They'll also tell you the hours it's locked up. They open the gates pretty early though.
I've never hit anything in the Fulton market area but I did throw a bum off the truck onto his ### in the middle of an intersection. All I did was throw the door open, then slam it shut. He wasn't hurt, unfortunately. -
I'm not comfortable using a private lot with a big honking steel gate across the entrance, especially since that lot is empty by about noon, ime, so my truck would stand out like a sore thumb. Though I did think about it.CondoCruiser Thanks this.

That was probably a lumper lol. Carey is ok and acceptable to El Cubano. Larry, iirc, actually did do the work despite his rep but El Cubano doesn't like him that well. FWIW if I'd waited a second and let Carey show me the way (he tried to chase, I didn't see him until committed) I wouldn't be in this mess.

Unfortunately delivering to El Cubano at 0600. Coming in from 290.
First time delivering there..
Any tips appreciated. -
El Cubano is on the NE corner of W. Fulton an Sangamon. The offload in the street parked alongside their shop on Sangamon so take Randolph to Sangamon and turn right. It's pretty much fcfs and they'll lift a pallet jack into the truck to get pallets back to the end of the truck where they'll take them off with a forklift. Who's using the pallet jack is up to you they won't do it. also this parking spot is on a slight hill so you need to be pretty good with stopping a pallet jack or you may end up with product, and maybe you, on the ground behind the truck.
If leaving back down the 290 get back on from Lake to give you the room to cross over to the 290 exit. Lake and Randolph are both left entrances and Randolph is too close to make the three-lane cross. Even Lake require some pretty aggressive lane changes.OldDude50 Thanks this.
