at this point from all i have read , i would say its time for a change and an attorney. It does not appear that your company trainers are worth a ####, sounds like maybe you should call that hand that gave you his card

Sure, violence is always the right choice... NOT!

For all those who said they would have reacted in that manner:

If the trainer is that much of a degenerate that he would say such insults to anyone do you respect that opinion? Obviously not. So why are you offended by the comments of such a lower life form?

IF you are any better than he then you would easily disregard them.

Not always the right choice but sometimes a good beating is warranted. Disregarding his comments sends a message that his behavior is ok. A good beating might make him think twice about disrespecting a trainee in the future.

When I heard about the first trainer saying lewd comments to the wife, I was thinking,"How can a man just sit there and allow another guy to disrespect his wife in front of him? For a job? Screw the job." Then all of this 'held captive' talk. You can post on the Internet, but you cannot communicate with your company?

And now, a second trainer is doing the same thing? Sorry people, but the whole saga sounds like BS to me. If the new trainer had a problem with them before they got on the truck, he would have declined. If half of what she said was true, there would have been jail time.

"But he blocked us from the Qualcomm and we couldn't contact anyone."
When you are a student, you are given a special dispatcher/driver manager. You have the DM's phone number just in case things like this happen. In this day and age of sue happy lawyers, any company that has a training program have people in place to prevent the trainer from abusing the students.

Sorry lady, but I don't buy your story.

A good beating....? As opposed to a bad beating? How does one differentiate between the two?

I can only speak for myself but to me a good beating gives one satisfaction after the beating is done. A bad beating is one you walk away from and think to yourself, "should I have given him a couple more slaps" haha

Wow, what a story. Myself, after two trainer fails, I'd probably at that point just walk away from that company. It's apparent that their training program is a major failure, and who says a third trainer is going to be even better. I would also consult an attorney and see what your options are. Maybe a lawsuit, or a threat of a lawsuit is what this company needs to address their training program.
