My fm,sucks

I understand, you should have to to threaten to quit every week just to get any miles, i was tossing the idea around of asking for a new fm BUT i have already tried to the fleet owner before about getting some kinda of loan for my school loan and they could pull it out of my check. "Im working on all my options" he tell me and i every timed a called, never heard another thing about it. I think i am just done here, time for me to move on to better things in my life besides being stressed out from the time i open my eyes to the time i close them.
