Are you sure you were in Appleton? I always kept asking the group who was the one on Trucker Report. Oh well. Today while I was picking up a relay there I saw they had somebody going around the whole terminal in reverse.

 

At the Loves in Gary. They changed the plans and now I am delivering a couple of miles from here. All I can say is I have had my fill of I-43 and Titletown for this time out.

 

That is true. They say you probably won't make it through a career without killing someone. I was on a train behind another train that had a lady jump out from behind a bridge and kill herself. Last Halloween there was five kids that ran across the tracks in front of us. The last kid was pretty chubby and there was no way he was going to make it. I closed my eyes. I did not want to see that kid get splattered. I didn't hear anything so I opened my eyes and he was standing there huffing and puffing along side the tracks. This stuff happens driving truck too. I remember driving through Chicago and getting stuck in traffic. I turned on the CB and they were talking about a guy jumping off a bridge trying to kill himself. But he misjudged his jump and landed on top of a van trailer. He actually went through the top of the trailer but it was loaded with insulation. He was pretty messed up but alive.

 

Blind side reverse. Was me. ( the one that didn't have to pull up at all to fix it haha). I thought I heard someone mention trucker report from the lounge as I was already in the stairwell

 

I live out in the Gun Lake area, but don't have the room to park a semi in my drive/yard; could do it, but the traffic situation would result in some idiot running over the truck or trailer as I squeeze it in off of the road. The casino is maybe 20 min away on a snowy night and I like the idea of a hot breakfast and topping off the thermos before departing. Did you have a POC for the arrangement? Any cost? Really enjoy following your posts.

 

Gun lake..no charge..parking entrance is last drive eastside. They have overnite pass they want u to renew every 24hrs..no charge. Go in andvtalk with them. Easy in and out to 131 and those security cars running around all the time.

 

That was me who was saying that. Lol!

 

Sitting at cons in Gary. The entire trailer is floor loaded so I might be here awhile. Of course they sent me a lovely 300 mile pre plan that has me going to Wheeling, IL to pick up a pre loaded trailer, go to somewhere in the Chicago area for a 1400 appt to finish getting loaded and be in Greenfield, IN tonight to deliver tonight. Yeah ok. I have already sent a non commit but I have a bad feeling they are going to try and find some way to keep the load on me.

 

They see miles and time. Are oblivious to traffic situations, and cities.

 

Things we need to know, well not really but who cares:

1. when did you start your day?
2. how much time is on your 70?
3. what time is the delivery?
4. is there a window?
