    thanks for the response brickman,

my only real OTR experience was with JIT freight... and they weren't teasing, 8a.m. meant that at 8a.m. you were already late

but get there early... that's also your problem since everything is by appointment.

there is a 359 pete in ebay I'm bidding on. I won't pay much for a truck sigt unseen but it's cheap so far and it ends in 45 minutes so we'll see. I couldn't find the extra $4k I would have needed for that western star since it needs tires, bumper and who knows what else.
If I win the pete I'll post the pic. It's not dressed out(single stack, horn and air cleaner) but it's clean and has a decent history. Nobody is biding on it I think because there is no info on the auction but I spoke to them and got the info.

Ya it is. Short hood but they are just getting stupid prices for the exhd's. It's plain jane but I spoke with him and it has a decent history and has been running the southeast and FL to TX. Only major issue is he stole the drive tires off of it for his other trucks. The ones that are on it are legal but not by as much as I'd like..... well that and it needs another stack.
I think I have a few tires laying around that are better than the one on it now. I'm not planing to put it on the road right away anyays. Unless I get there and am pleasantly surprised I plan to get it here and do some work to it first, it was cheap enough that I have a good bit of cash left.
