Where is everyone?

Ya right.

I am done working for trucking companies. I will be driving truck doing contractor deliveries from lowes but its not really trucking. I had a few people wanting me to come drive trucks of one sort or the other but i have very little interest in that anymore

 

Thanks, me too. I have been selling off all my guns to live on but i am down to just my 357 left now.

 

Been looking at our load boards the last few days and I'm starting to think that I might be able to make a buck running steel somewhat locally. Lots of plate loads going out in a 250 mile radius and coils coming back. One agent even has coils everyday coming right back to my hometown basically. Might have to adjust to a new way of thinking an get some coil bags and racks soon.

 

Well. I have to go back to work tomorrow, if my truck isn't buried in the snow. Taking a not great paying load to southern LA but it does only weigh 5k

 

No luck on locating a 50T trailer yet?

traffic never bothered me either when I was in a mixer, especially when I was at full scale and over the 8hr mark for the day.... even better when the weather was nice and the sceanery was good

 

Actually I found one in TX but they want 70k for it and I don't really want to spend that much. But it has a 28' well and a fancy hyd. Neck

 

South Boston waiting on the riggers to unload me got here at 0645 they told me in un tarp and un strap right here and we will unload u shortly ok did that hour later they say re strap were taking u down to the warehouse 1/2 mile down well be back to guide u in ok re strapped and a hour later still here haven't went to the warehouse yet blahhhhh

 

Was suppose to be here yesturday but because of the holiday that no one knew about couldn't unload so I had to come down today instead.... I guess after hearing about what happened it was a good thing I didn't come yesturday considering it happed like 3 streets over from where I'm at
