WSE (Willis SHAW) not all that great

I would agree. I worked there for 11years..that's right eleven. The last three were just horrible but I kept thinking that all companies are pretty much the same and I would start at the bottom again if I left. That was four years ago and I haven't looked back in regrets other than I should've left sooner. They went from self insured with benefits from day one to crappy expensive health care, short miles, crappy terminals, micro management of a driver. No, they are not the worst, but a far cry from a good company. They have the philosophy that if they keep a driver six months, well that's six months revenue. Only thing I miss is working with Martha. She is a true class act.
