We've had em all at point or another, the super 10 is a lazy mans/womens tranny. They can be a bit jerky in the lower gears, and I have NEVER found two that shifted the same way. BUT in heavy traffic they are nice as you can just shift (move the lever) one time and have four gears available.

You can up shift or downshift just fine, biggest issue I ever had with one was when bob tailing they can be a bit finicky. Also some of them seem to get "confused" when skip shifting.

I think the only transmissions they should be allowed to put in trucks is 13 and 18 i think they are easy to use and if you dont need the gears you dont have to use them but you still have the option
