I'm a trainer so I do a little of both. We'll start out running as solo for a little over a week, then maybe switch to team for another week. If my home time is coming up I will run solo by myself because I don't like to interrupt a student's training.

Teaming is not required during training. I had one I wouldn't team with. He was the same one that didn't show up for upgrade after I dropped him off...LOL

I don't like the cpm thing either. If they paid % I would probably do it.

Scratching my head on this one???? There has got to be more to the story then what you are telling us. Let me see if I got your story straight...You work for Schneider for 3 years and out of the clear blue sky they decide to fire a hard working, dedicated employee such as yourself because of a reckless driving ticket from 3 years prior??? Only got 1 question for you dude, what did you do to piss them off???
