Not sure why you would want to work for halliburton they only start you out at 13$ per hour. Sure sometimes you will get 80+ hour weeks but you can make way better money somewhere else. It's a good starter company in my opinion only to get oilfield experience and great training, then move on to where you can actually make good money. I did Frac at halliburton for a while and only grossed 50k something a year. But I did gain GREAT experience and they even paid for me to get my CDL and put us all through school. That's the best thing they did for me. Now im outta there putting that CDL to use.

well so far got calls back from plains marketing , chalk mountain, stevens tanker division. all from online apps. stevens provides housing fo those looking to relocate but you must have your tanker to start, chalk is hauling sand and you dont need any endorsements , plains im still going through the process with them at the moment. if any body can give any more incite on these threee it would be great.

I would pass on Chalk mnt. They have a really high turnover rate. Their drivers have to share trucks (slip seat).

Wonder why the the turnover rate at chalk is so high? The pay seems pretty good..Must not treat the drivers very well or some kind of issue. Not sure.

Who has a good sand hauling outfit out that way? I prefer pneumatics if there are any decent companies out there that pays decent as a company driver. Not opposed to other jobs as well, pneumatics are just my comfort zone.
