Data logger with pyro drilled into each exhaust port will be the only way to even think about catching it,
Of course 6 xtra pyro gauges would be ok then you would need a co pilot!

Can you take a Picture of the inside of your thermostat housing for me please and PM it to me?

Just for the record CAT have been working hard to improve their Injectors of late especially their Reman.
The reason I say this is they now have new tips on all Reman and mostly new actuators... They still struggle to get them even but not bad in comparison to a few years back. In the past I might get to the 3rd injector in a set before I gave up on them, they were that bad!! lately I've been able to Calibrate all 6 in most sets without having to open them up.
Still not as good as I think they should be but at least they are trying! taken many years but their system is soooooooooooooo slow to respond.
Having said that though I still would not fit an injector straight out of the box into an engine of mine. Probably because I can test them but if I was stuck I wouldn't be as worried as I would have been 3 years ago that's for sure. -
two engines same ecm. the first engine was an a-cert with a 120 pin ecm. then converted to a single turbo with the 70 pin ecm. its not the ecm that's causing this.

LOL!! yeah I already have 4 extra gauges for different temp readings. hardly have time to look where im going!

even did that---NEXT!!

👊
How close in temp should they be when doing this? Are they supposed to be hotter as you go from front to back? (1-6). That's what mine seem to do. Number one is about 100* cooler than number 6 -
Don't worry about where your going that's over rated
the question is what is a reliable hp to set them at, so you don't need a co pilot to monitor every temp and pressure on a good hard pull, maybe standard settings? Or wire in a data logger so as soon as it sees a temp or pressure that is out of range it de rates the engine. Then we would have a power box hmmmmm what is the solution?
