help!!!! I tried installing a tuner and it fried my computers, continued problems

I installed a bully dog tuner and it fried my ecm on my Detroit 60. After replacing the ECM on the engine all my switches are still not working. The cruise, Jake etc. None of the switches registers on the mechanics computer as working. So I don't know if I have safe guards such as temp sensors etc. I replaced the main control ctr behind the instrument cluster and the rx module on the firewall. I still have no response from my cruise etc. I unhooked all battery power tonight to let the computer clear out. I have called numerous shops but no one seems to have a clue. If this does not work I am out of business till I figure it out. I am a one truck outfit. Any suggestions?????

yes... they were very helpful at first..... even admitted it was their program gone arri..... long story, but now after some help, they shut down on me and would go no further. I will be contacting them again if I can figure out how it is all connected.

 

they finally admited it must have been one that had been installed on another truck and was sent back with bad files or missing files.
