Anyone have these? I am going to order some lumber tarps soon, and I was thinking of getting the lightweight ones this time.

I've used them. I liked them more because they fold and roll easier, more so than the weight. mytee products also has a super lightweight tarp, I haven't used them but talked to a guy who said he liked them, they're extra light on the drop part.
6wheeler Thanks this. -
I use mytee products tarps. Dont have the lumber, but they use same lightweight material. I'd not go anywhere without my steels
-
So for the money mytee has a quality product? Just wondering because I'm about to buy some more tarps.
-
i have had no issues with mine. for $500 i got 2 27'x16', one with a 4' flap, one without...and a 16'x16'. Use em all the time and they hold up very well.
-
oh and now they have a little store thing inside the TA in Lodi, OH, where 71 and 76 meet...no shipping if you pick them up there!
-
Do you like the flap on your 4' tarp? Why one with and one without?
-
I got the one without first then decided to try with. I'm not too into it, once the flap tarp needs replacing I'll probably stick to the no flap. With it having so little excess tarp, it just seems easier to tuck the corners than mess with the flap.
MJ1657 Thanks this. -
I have a set with parachute material sides. They're a bear to fold in the wind. Lighter canvas= easier to put holes in. If you're going to regularly tarp loads that aren't lumber, I'd get standard ones. Parachute material holes have to have a patch sewn over the holes to repair them. Lightweight tarps have good applications and bad. Decide what you need for your operation.

I just walked thru this TA and did not see any type of store for them or tarps anywhere.
