Personally , I do not stand behind them as I once did and come to find out
Chalupa ... Was correct from the get go that's all I'm gonna say at this time I will post a full explanation in a few days ... On my trimac thread ..

Until then ... I can say CHALUPA was spot on in his acessment of trimac I doubted him and for that I am paying a price , small price but non the less it's a price and as a O/O we cannot afford to many of these type mess ups

CTI lost a lot of good drivers in Braddock -- because no one is willing to bust their ### and make 25% less money. If half of what I hear about CTI is true -- Linde will be looking to their outside carriers ALOT.

from what Ive heard ( and seen) what you have heard is true..it has turned into a zoo ...no shortage of inexperienced drivers blundering around there....I dont think cti will ever keep drivers for what they are paying...new guys are lucky to get one trip a day ...the days of three trips will never happen again out of there...you get what you pay for...not too many guys want to lose $50.00 a day ...or more...

Trust me -- I know the quality of the drivers that they lost -- there may be one or two left that can even pull off a three trip day. Before we made our decision we went through every trip that my husband ran and compared the trimac bracket to what CTI was paying. Looking at a loss of about 400 a week. When this was brought up by several drivers to CTI's "management" - and I use that term loosely - they were accused of lying, stealing miles, and/or not being able to add. When one of these new guys that they are hiring - and not training properly - rolls a unit I guess we'll see if the money saved was worth it to them - or to Linde since their name is going to be the one laying sideways.

Howcome Trimac doesnt advertise the pay if its so competitive? They only say competitive pay but it doesnt say if they pay by the load or the mile or the hour for the local drivers? Is it that competitive or are they not saying something?
