For the TCD drivers out there, my FM sent me the goals for the PFP program. I'm not sure if these are the averages, or the top goals, but here are the numbers he sent:
Average Miles Per Day: 420
Fuel Mileage: 7.15 mpg
Idle Time: 8%
Again, these are for the TCD fleet, they don't apply to any of the flatbedders or glass guys.

OK, I FINALLY got a little better picture of how this PFP thing is supposedly going to work for me (and nc-rider you too) on a dedicated fleet. It seems like it is almost the same as OTR except instead of miles per day average, we will use days available. So, as long as we don't take a day off.....
-
Dedicated drivers do not get extra cpm bonus. We can get a Grand Total of $70 per month IF we hit all of the thresholds. The heaviest weighted goal is not avg miles per day (like OTR), it is "Days available." If we want to take a day off for a special request we lose 10 points. Now, I do not take many days off, I think I have had four days off since I started a year and a half ago. But I did have a day off the first day of April this new quarter. So I am already screwed BEFORE they even told us what our program was going to look like. Nice. I never had any problem getting a very nice bonus with the mpg bonus program- I even got my Gold Star for last 4 quarters (2012). I made very nice bonus checks. Now even if I don't EVER request a day off, I can now only get a maximum of $70 per month "Bonus." RIght now, my FM told me yesterday that I am scoring for a whopping $5 per week "Bonus." All because I took a much needed day to spend with my family. This is going to really cut into my yearly earnings and I am not very pleased with Maverick right now.

well you know my feelings about a dedicated account. Come back over to the US division and say goodbye to all those problems. Not to mention a nice pay raise per mile.sarge26044 and jxu417 Thank this. -
I have been seriously considering going back to RAT (or maybe another division) for a while now. This may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
sewerman and sarge26044 Thank this. -
Come back home where the money is. You live in a great area for get home on weekends. you'll get a nice pay raise for mile and on tarp pay. Not to mention the bonus pay.
jxu417 and sarge26044 Thank this. -
I thought the maximum for dedicated was $70 per week? Also, I think it is based on a 5 day work week so if you end up working on a Saturday or Sunday, that should cover for an occasional day off. I could be mistaken on that though.

I don't know how your pay is set up, but going back to RAT just over that bonus program would be a mistake in my opinion. You seem to get home a pretty good bit. Are you willing to give that up for a couple thousand dollars a year (in increased pay and PFP)? I wouldn't be.

I'm with nc_rider on the possible $70. weekly and not monthly. That's how I understood it when it came across the quallcom

So far every time I check my scorecard I am.at .06 bonus. Hopefully I can keep it there for next two months.
Night Prowler Thanks this.
