I currently live in a small town about an hour from Bowling Green, Kentucky. It is about 60 miles from Nashville and 90 miles from Louisville. I plan to start CDL school by the end of January, no later than february.
Could anyone recommend a good company to work for, both local or otr? Would drive semi, dump truck whatever.

I applied with them just a couple days ago. They said it would be a few days before they would know if I am approved or not. Thank you though

L.J. Kennedy runs flatbeds throughout that area. They are based out of Carrollton, up on the Ohio river, but I am not sure how many terminals they have spread around the state. Worth doing a little bit of research into. They haul a lot of finished wood products on flatbeds, tarping is involved.

I like it. If I was going to buy a truck I would not get an auto. I don't mind it as a co truck tho. I have been in this one for 6 months.
