    Id like to know what EXACTLY the handbook said regarding bathroom breaks. And if they were harassing you over the qc, that's exactly the kind of driver harassment OOIDA is referring to in their lawsuit to block EOBR. You should testify my brotha!

    i still have the student handbook,i would have to see where it is at in a large storage locker i have.First day of orientation at englands school in Fontana,the instructer went over the handbook and pointed it out!!When I find it,i can contact you and fax the actual document.

    Anyone that tells their drivers not to stop for a restroom break doesn't deserve to stay in business. I wonder why the FMCSA hasn't shut down the bottom feeders yet. Many of them have higher CSA scores than the mom & pop organizations they already shut down.

    When I worked in western regional at CRE I would be told to off-duty drive over the phone but of course not over the Qualcomm. The container division was pretty good about not forcing you to do anything illegal and whenever I mentioned the word fatigued my load was either repowered or swapped out. So I think it just depends on the driver manager you have. I am not defending this company by any means. I was with them for 4.5 years so I know how they treat their drivers.

    Is Bob England still a chairman at the ATA? I know CRE also donates a lot of money to colleges and different programs. When you are buttering up that much bread you can get away with a lot.
