The 701 Zebra is all metal and unbreakable, at least so far, and I took a cartridge out of a broken 301 to replace the one I used up.
I've used the G2, they come in extra fine which is a little too fine for me, .7 or .5 mm is fine enough, the roller ball pens tend to run .
We needed to write in all weather, and the Fisher Space Pen is the best for that, I carry 1 just in case. I have enough practice now that I can use any ball point, and use a variety of freebies when the need arises for that.
