2006 Prostar regen light

    Regen light coming on after regen was done, press the brake pedal and it goes away, release brake and light back up,anyone had this issue?

    Had problems with my '09 on and off for 4 years. The burner wasnt igniting the fuel to clean the filter. Had to have frequent DPF replacemrnts.

    When was the last time your doser injector was cleaned? How about the last time your DPF/DOC was cleaned out? I take it your truck is a 2008 Prostar with an ISX?

    2006 with ISX just had the DOC and DPF replaced, ran a regen light went off drove to the other side of the parking lot and the regen light came on again

    Mine was an '09. Just got it swapped out though for a '13 Cascadia

    Could have partially plugged DPF differential pressure sensing tubes or the differential sensor is starting to act up. There are a couple of connectors for all the DPF sensors along the right frame rail. Disconnect them and check the terminals for any corrosion.
