Well I'm sorry but I have to disagree on the work history part; a criminal record is a billion times bigger 'issue' to overcome than no work history. A friend of mine quit his job (non truck driving job) and didn't work for two years, he went and got his cdl and got hired no problem, and he got pre hires from lots of people too. He just told them the truth; he left his job and the workforce for two years, and he didn't have any problems. He of course had no criminal record, and no traffic violations. A criminal record can be very difficult to overcome, no work history is really not much of an issue if you handle it right and don't lie about it, that's the most important thing of all.
Would you hire me?
