I live in those parts of tx. It's habit for me so if I got a line of cars I'll move over and let them pass. I'll do the same for trucks if the left lane is clear. Also, providing the shoulder is wide enough.

I hear that in some parts of Texas it's actually a law that if you got 3+ cars behind you...pull over and let em pass or ya get a ticket for impeding traffic. Where I come from, as far as I'm concerned, it's just a general courtesy

yes, you are the aggressive driver. Not being familiar with an area doesn't exempt you from paying attention and following basic traffic ordanances.

I drove OTR for 3 years before I got my local gig. There's no excuse.

Why do you keep assuming I spend all day on a highway? Maybe I should make the font bigger for you to read it.

    I'm a local city driver

Ghost, you should stop while you are behind. You don't even know the definition of aggressive driving. I don't know of any 55 speed limits in Texas except for local highways. Most Texas interstates going through a city are 60. 62 isn't much of speeding, cops won't even blink. Heck, they'll let you slide at 70 unless traffic is bad. Now, if the traffic is flowing at 70 and you are doing 65, that's being aggressive? Now if it were reversed with you going faster than traffic, sure, now you are being aggressive. That's regardless of the speed limit.

Just cause you are speeding doesn't mean you are aggressive. That just means you are breaking the law...now, for that matter, if someone wants to break a law, let em. It ain't your ticket. Gripe at me for breaking the law, YOU are going to pay the ticket.

You can be aggressive at 25 mph..ever tried to walk across a truck-stop parking lot....some of those guys try to get into the high side of the transmission in 100 FEET. Tail-gating/reckless/aggressive driving doesn't always mean you're speeding. After 22 years you should know the difference....................

Where do you guys get these attitudes from and ...and why.....is it rebelling against any driver that has 2 or three times the years or experience in more than you have...I don't get it.. Flat bed guy......please , please with your vast amount of time on this earth and lets not forget that 1 year of experience...would you please enlighten all of us poor old folks that don't get it...please inform us of the true definition of aggressive driving.......I'm all ears.......

OH , just for the record here , When YOU decide/choose to break a traffic law , ANY traffic law , you immediately , place those around you in a dangerous , or even possibly life-threatening situation. I'm not ready to PAY for your stupid arrogance...not to mention your being plain stupid and not giving a care about any body else other than yourself...you just defined your whole generation pal.....ITS ALL ABOUT ME......
