I echo what Blue said. I have been at Swift for quite awhile now, and am very happy where I am at. Work hard, do a good job, and good things will happen for you!

I have been with swift for 3 months and what I hate is dealing with weekend and night planners and dispatchers. They don't know what is going on and don't have the authority to do anything. It's not the people's fault it's the way stuff happens. I tried my hardest to get pre planned for over the weekends. It makes your life easier. The one I like is

Working for Swift is what you make of it. Good attitude and work hard, things will go your way (Not guaranteed, but better chance than an awful attitude and laziness) I'm on a dedicated account and loving it. Make 37 cents a mile, which is better than OTR. Which starts at 26 cents. So my advise, try it. Like it? Great! Jump on a dedicated account when you first start. More pay. More at home time.

swift said i have to be employed for 6 months before i can get on a dedicated route.
