The website say's "TWIC card preferred" - how important is the TWIC to have when applying? I have my HazMat and passport but no TWIC...

Randy and Rodney are good ol' churchy boys (with the Childhelp stickers on every trailer) until you tell them you quit. Rodney told me in the parking lot when I was cleaning out my truck "You're on my property, there is no reason that I can't go get my gun and come back and shoot you." I told him that if he can go get it before I walk 10 feet over to my pickup and get mine out, to go for it. Screw Western Flyer. I ran over 18,000 miles a month for them and they wouldn't reimburse me for tolls that didn't match my logbook. I have no reason to work for someone that disrespects me.

 

Yes Sir, they seem to be a little on the sheisty side with my dealings with them. Too bad, they're in a great location and seem to have a corner on freight but they seem a little to shady for my likings!

Well now they are on elogs so I guess you dont have to match tolls now do you? My friend a lot of companies will not reimburse unmatched tolls, and I find the pulling a gun part to possibly be a trucker story without supporting evidence.

 

It doesn't really matter if you believe me or not. I was there, I know what was said. I have no respect for these sorry fools.

 

Got a call today offering me a job here. regional 600mi radius, out & back to OKC. .38mi for a 60mph truck. Still waiting on other apps to see what options I have.

 

If they deem you are the reason a tire was ruined they will charge you for it.

 

Can you tell me some specifics regarding hometime (OTR & Regional)? Freight lanes? Passenger from day one? Thx
