    That's why all that kind of communication is done on the Qualcomm .. so there is a record of it and blame can be placed on the proper person .. that is for any company.

    Anything said on the phone can later be denied.

    Hey wanna, I'm the guy that talked to you at x when you ran out. Last Sunday in Den. I've never had that prob fortunately. In fact , recently night dispatch tried to put more fuel on me and I politely declined because of time constraints.

    After reading and hearing several horror stories I'm convinced that I'm lucky to have the DM I have, who is a former driver. He gets it. I never have to send a macro for fuel. On the other hand, there's only so much he can do. Like the other day, I was 2 min away from the TA Commerce City but I had to backtrack 10-12 mi to the TA Wheatridge to get 50 gal. So lets see, I wasted 3-4 gal to save May a couple bucks. Makes perfect sense to me ...

    Hey May drivers(current and former-Joker85 and Scooter), which terminal is the best to have as your home terminal, Denver or Phoenix? Which has the best DM's, facilities for drivers, repair facilities, etc?
    I can go either way.....

    your home terminal, and your DM have nothing to do with each other. you wont necessarily have your DM out of where you live. as far as which terminal, thats more on where YOU want to live... unless you plan on living at the terminal itself? I haven't been to the phoneix one, the one in denver, its IN denver but its right off the highway so its easy to get in and out of and it (usually) has plenty of parking

    I think you're looking for a clear cut answer to where to go and who to go with... but thats impossible. your situation isn't going to be the same as anyone elses, what others priorities in a company are, will vary from yours. You just find a place where most people seem happy or satisfied and you see how it works for you, if not ya move on, hell you can join and wait 2 weeks and if you dont like it quit and move to the next company and right into orientation the next week... ask joker, im sure he can tell you about someone who is looking for the 'perfect match' lol

    Experienced drivers are not what May is looking for in my opinion. They will micro manage an experienced driver till he goes bald from pulling his hair out.
