Money is the most important thing with every company.So what did they say when you asked them why they are not paying you for all the miles?This company like every other does not pay from door to door miles.I imagine its zip code to zipcode.It should be against the law but as long as the law favors the trucking companies and does not the drivers,the ones with little money,things in this industry will never change sad to say.

When the dispatchers skim the miles what do they do with them?

 

They are skimming an average of 300 miles?

 

Save them up to take THEIR family on vacation to Disneyland.

 

More like the company for handed off to the owner's greedy kids/son in law/bigger corp. like what happened with Gstc.

 

So does dispatch do the payroll also? I can't think of a pay plan where the dispatchers would get paid more if the drivers had less miles.

 

I am still wondering how they are skimming an average of 300 miles.

 

That sucks on a 500 mile load.
