04 vn inconsistent ac

    just wondering if anyone has run into this. My a/c works when it wants to and will sometime blow hot air out. The dash vents are be just on, just a little when its on any other setting.

    What kind of engine do you have volvo or cummins and if you have an 04 you should be able to read the stored faults in you're dash for the climate control unit let me know what they are that way I can have a better idea of what the issue might really be

    Mine does the same for an 09 volvo 670 cummins engine does anyone where the ac recharge is at I cant find it

    By any chance is it climate control and not aircon, that holds the same temp in the cab by setting the desired temp on the dash then the truck will blow hot or cold air to regulate, euro volvos have this maybe yours does too
