If they replied to your future employer in writing with that false statement, I wouldn't take that lying down. That's a career ruining statement, they probably cannot backup with paper trail.

I dont know which terminal you were with, or who in HR you spoke to.... But that is not how this company operates. And yes, I speak from experience, as a driver, and manager. Their are people in HR that are good at their job, and dont take guff from drivers or management, regardless of tenure, race, or what ever.

As far as your report about not taking a drug test, I cant comment. All that is done by people higher than me..

    Good luck

I have been with this company for 36 months. And while I will admit their are things I dont like. Their are many more things that I do l like.

I've driven for 21 yrs now , first fleet is a good company to work for if you want to make good money. But of course I actually paid attention to everything , before I applied there . I got the starting pay I wanted , get paid for stops , paid lay overs if need be,and they send me where I want to go . No complaints at all and I bring home over 1000.00 a week with out killing myself . Couldn't ask for much more and don't require colliding to remind me I'm a dam good driver
