Reserved Parking

Well, ya, they do. I've had to park , bobtail , before. I'll check it out , if I can park in front , in the 4-wheeler- RV area , I will. Some places won't allow it. As to doubling up , that would work ,too, IF you can check it out beforehand. You never know who's sleeping.
I certainly don't want to be awakened , by a driver , asking if its OK for him to share your space.
Then, too , I park in the middle of the spot , hoping some idiot Swift driver doesn't take my front end off . It's happened to me once already , I don't want it to happen again.
It took me 6 months , a lawyer , and a credible threat to sue , to make them pay .

Well , ya , I remember a lot. When you got your tanks filled for ya, your windows washed , your oil checked , and no one much minded if you went inside an got a quick bite , while all that was being done for ya.
I Plan on being out . Body wash ? Isn't that a Girl thing ?
Fruit spoils . Gotta have the overhead to pay for that.
I have a coffee pot , microwave , and fridge. I like my coffee better that what's in Any TS, I get more of it , a whole pot , in fact , for less than you pay for a cup. And , yup , I'll eat out of my stores , whenever I want to. And I'll eat in a TS restaurant whenever I want to , too. I can certainly afford to.
But then , I'm fortunate not to be running for .95 cents a mile , or a whole $1.05 , either. And having to make a huge truck payment to boot.
The TS are answering a need. Thank God for that , and for them. You don't like it , go park at a Pilot. At 10:00 PM.

You make a profit by supplying something that is needed . How may I serve you ? That's Capitalism.
You " invest " , as our Government likes to say , ( without Stealing it from Citizens , as our Government does , at the point of a gun , and calling it Voluntary " ) , a Huge sum of money , in the Hope of fulfilling a Need.
Return On Investment , in dollars and cents , is a penny or three . Excluding Pilot , of course . And maybe Loves .
As to " Control Groups " etc , in your post , do you Actually Run a business of your own ?
I do. Two , in fact.
One is housing Rentals . Care to see my Loss statements ? I can only deduct $25,000 a year. I have enough deductions to last 4 more years , not counting this year . And , that's just what my " tenants " have cost me. Add in Taxes , Interest , upkeep , etc. , well you should get the idea.
As to TS , if you had a Million or two to invest , would you build a TS with it ? I bet not !
I suggest a course or two in economics , for you.
I do believe you don't have a clue.
