You can expect to come out west often how much is hard to say. I'm not sure what it takes to get the bonus I think you have to run 30,000 in a quarter to get it not positive you would have to ask the recruiter. E-Logs are real easy to get use to they will show you how it works. You should still be able to get miles in every week. We have a lot of freight here. Main thing with E-Logs is don't start your day any earlier then you have to cause you can't change it. You can change anything except for drive time. You do get 30 minutes a day for personal drive time it doesn't effect anything. You can use it to go to a truck stop or whatever as long as your not under a load.

My husbands average is 3200 miles per week, some weeks more, some less.
Here's my biggest piece of advice, stay outa the shop! They will fix whatever needs to be fixed, BUT "your" truck might not have priority. They are re-oredering the shop or something, so hopefully that gets better.
I'm not bashing, my husband and I like the company. He had a problem with his DM and the miles showed, different DM, better miles.
E-logs are fine, you can get your miles on them. It's not hard to work, just have to remember when you stop driveing it will automatically go to on-duty, you have to remember to put yourself off or in sleeper. If you forget you can edit it. . . Can't edit drive time it won't let you.
The trucks run the gammit, they are in the process of getting rid of the oldest ones ( selling and l/p). So you could end up, at first in an older truck, only to be moved to a newer/new one.
We've passed slower wfe trucks and been passed by faster ones. No biggy, plan your trips out. You get where you get, we get where we get. -
Stay away from them they are crooks!!! and their new lease program will make you go broke, do not believe what they say it's all lies...

I agree I wouldn't lease one of the trucks. Ones they have for lease purchase has too many miles. They will be leasing the Cascaidias at 400000 miles which still leaves you with warrenty on the truck. I have been here a almost a year now and I can't say alot of bad things about them. I stay busy, make good money for a company driver, and they get me home on time. Every company has flaws but I can say the flaws here aren't as bad as most companies. They have ugraded most of the trucks here and they have upgraded most of the trailers and they are still buyong new equipment. Its a small company so its taking them a little longer then it would compared to a company like swift jbhunt or werener. Im happy where im at now.

Anyone run relay out and back for them?
